Inquiry About Credit Card Processors
I hope this message finds you well. We are currently evaluating our options for credit card processing and wanted to reach out to gather insight.
Could you please share which credit card processor your society is currently using? Additionally, if you have any insights or feedback about their services, pricing, or overall reliability, that would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your input!
We use the PayFlowPro gateway, but we are in the process of moving away from PayPal and over to a new merchant/processor Integrity Merchant Services. Our fees are supposed to be lower and activity easier to reconcile.
Warm regards,
Darlene

When we went to using NetForum as our AMS in 2020, we were told we had to use their approved gateway, which is BluePay (now Clover?), and Cardpointe/CardConnect as the payment platform. (I find the terminology kind of confusing and there also seem to be way too many names involved!) Anyway, Cardpointe/Cardconnect has a great user interface for the merchant, clean and easy to look at. Love the search and reporting functions. We have had very few issues with them through the years, and reconciling with our AMS has been generally easy.

We use Braintree through PayPal. Our fees are not too bad. We also have Merchant Advocate which helps recapture some of the fees. They receive a commission from the money they get back for us.
We had BluePay and Cardconnect at my prior role. I can attest to Faye’s comments below. Cardconnect did have a nice interface. The fees were not too bad either.
